At least as much as it can be in Southern California. That has always been my one complaint about living in Southern California, we don't really get to experience the seasons change. The temperature will go from 100 degrees to 60 over night. The leaves on the trees will go from green to dead in a flash. Even so those quickly dead leaves make for some great fall pictures.
