Beach Day

After two of the most stress filled weeks of my life I was really looking forward to lying in the sun and reading a book at the beach. I guess Mother Nature had other ideas. You wouldn't of known it was August in Southern California today at the beach. Nothing but clouds, wind and more clouds. Still it made for some nice relaxation.

No black cats crossing paths today. Thank goodness, I've had all the bad luck and karma I can handle for a very long time.

Today my little girl started her first day of 1st grade. I can't believe it, I have no idea where the time has gone! Before I know it she'll be a high schooler and I am just not ever going to be ready for that day!
